§ 1. General provisions
1. These regulations specify the conditions under which a reservation can be made cottage rentals. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance provisions of these Regulations. The rental agreement is made at the time of booking short-term contract is considered concluded.

§ 2. Reservation and deposit
1. 2. Shortening the stay in the cottage by the Landlord does not entitle him to demand a refund fee already paid. Extending your stay in the cottage (beyond the time indicated in the day hotel (11.00) requires the owner's consent and is additionally paid).
3. The payment of a deposit or payment by the Lessor means that he accepts it the rental regulations in question.

§ 3. Rules of use
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages. 10. The contract concluded between the Owner and the Lessor does not include transport, meals and organization of stay.

13. Electricity according to consumption, charged according to the tariff, i.e PLN 1.50/kWh

17. If the declared number of people using the House is exceeded (without the consent and knowledge of the Owner or an authorized person), or when rented
more people stay in the house than its intended purpose, the landlord is entitled to the right to terminate the contract immediately, without the obligation to refund the fee stay and deposit.
18. It is forbidden to exchange houses between guests, move them or move them furniture, replacement of dishes and other house equipment.
19. Only guests are authorized to permanently reside on the premises; wherein, the stay of children and adolescents under 18 years of age and animals on the premises is allowed is only under adult supervision. 22. The guest bears full financial responsibility for all types of damages damage or destruction of items of equipment and technical devices on the premises of the facility resulting from its fault or the fault of its visitors. § 4. Law
